1. Place Your Order:
   Due to limited availability, orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Secure your spot by purchasing early. 

Note : Only one custom artwork is allowed per order. If multiple customs are requested in a single order, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

1. Submit Your Custom Details:
   After placing your order, fill out the [Google form here] within 24 hours. This form helps our artist bring your vision to life—please include reference photos, descriptions, and any specific requests.
   Note : If the form is not completed within 24 hours, your order will be refunded and your spot released. 
   Note : The uploaded images will only be used for the creation of the artwork and will be deleted once the order is fulfilled.

2. Artwork Creation:
   Once your form is submitted, our artist will begin creating your original artwork. This process takes up to 12 days.

3. Review & Revisions:
   You’ll receive an email with your custom image. You’ll have one opportunity to provide feedback and request small changes. If applicable, the artist will send the final version within 3 days.

4. Production & Shipping:
   Your diamond art kit will then be prepared and shipped. Please allow 3–7 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.
   Note: Slight colour variations may occur between the artwork and the DMC colours used in the kit.

5. Refund Policy:
   Once the artist begins working on your image, their commission is non-refundable. Please consider this before requesting a cancellation
