Shipping policy

Orders usually take 8-12 weeks to process. Take into consideration that orders placed around holidays might take a little longer to get to you! 

JollyGemShop is not responsible for lost-in-transit items, once the item is shipped. JollyGemShop is not responsible for the items being lost. Note that the parcels might come straight from our production site in China. Custom orders might take a little longer to get to you since they arrive first in France before being shipped to your location. 

If package is returned to sender in order to have the item shipped a second time you must pay shipping from a different shipping carrier. If you chose not to purchase second shipment, the item will not be refunded.

If an I item exceeds 80cm on the short end there is and extra long shipping fee that will be invoiced dependent on carrier pricing for those items.

Refund policy

 

Drill Shortage Policy

If you placed an order when an expected amount of drills for a chart we will send out the needed amount free of charge for the first time on each canvas/kit.

If you choose not to wait till the end of the kit to see if there were further drills needed we will request shipping for any additional batch however drills will remain free as long as amounts are not flagged as suspicious.

Returning or Cancelling an Already Paid for Product

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. Should you want to return your products, you are responsible for return shipping. 

If you decide to request a cancelation of an item you already purchased, we keep a 30% restocking fee as the artists have already been paid.

Non-returnable items
Please note that custom orders can not be returned. 

Damages and issues
Upon reception, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
